A. Aggression against Western Slavonia

There is no doubt that the passivity of the international community and its failure to prevent the aggression and eliminate its consequences are a cause of great disappointment and loss of confidence by the remaining Serbian population in Western Slavonia and many refugees in the protection and peace mission of the United Nations.
ولا شك في أن سلبية المجتمع الدولي وعجزه عن منع هذا الاعتداء ومحو آثاره قد خلﱠف خيبة أمل كبيرة في نفوس ما تبقى من السكان الصرب في غربي سلافونيا ولاجئين كثيرين وانتزع منهم الثقة في قدرة بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة على تحقيق الحماية واحلال السلم.

Some United Nations officials may have overlooked the international border between the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as our sovereignty, when offering in writing to transfer not only Serb civilians but also armed Serbian combatants from Western Slavonia across the border into our country.
