٥ - تدعو البلدان النامية غير الساحلية وجاراتها من بلدان المرور العابر إلى زيادة تكثيف ترتيباتها التعاونية من أجل تطوير الهياكل اﻷساسية للمرور العابر ومؤسساته وخدماته لتسهيل زيادة سرعة حركة البضائع أثناء المرور العابر، وذلك بالحصول على مساعدة مالية وتقنية من المانحين والمؤسسات المالية؛

Paragraph 5 of the General Assembly resolution invited land-locked developing countries and their transit neighbours to intensify their cooperative arrangements and in paragraph 7 it invited donor countries and multilateral and development institutions to provide these countries with appropriate financial and technical assistance.
٤- ودَعَت الفقرة ٥ من قرار الجمعية العامة البلدان النامية غير الساحلية وجاراتها من بلدان المرور العابر إلى تكثيف ترتيباتها التعاونية. وفي الفقرة ٧ دعت الجمعية العامة البلدان المانحة والمؤسسات المالية واﻹنمائية المتعددة اﻷطراف إلى تزويد هذه البلدان بمساعدات مالية وتقنية مناسبة.

In paragraph 10 of its resolution 48/169 the General Assembly inter alia invited the land-locked developing countries and their transit neighbours to intensify further cooperative arrangements for the development of transit infrastructure, institutions and services to facilitate the faster movement of goods in transit, with financial and technical assistance from donors and financial agencies.
١- دعت الجمعية العامة في الفقرة ٥ من قرارها ٤٨/١٦٩، في جملة أمور، البلدان النامية غير الساحلية وجاراتها من بلدان المرور العابر إلى زيادة تكثيف ترتيباتها التعاونية من أجل تطوير الهياكل اﻷساسية للمرور العابر ومؤسساته وخدماته لتسهيل زيادة سرعة حركة البضائع أثناء المرور العابر، وذلك بالحصول على مساعدة مالية وتقنية من المانحين والوكالات المالية.
