28. Taking into account the indivisibility of all human rights, the Committee encourages the State party to consider ratifying those international human rights instruments that it has not yet ratified.

56. Noting the activities of the Government related to the participatory rights of children in education at those levels, the Committee encourages the State party to take effective measures to enhance children's participation in, inter alia, educational activities concerning them.

403. While noting the international cooperation undertaken by the State party within the Association of SouthEast Asian Nations, the Committee encourages the State party to implement the United Nations target of allocating 0.7 per cent of gross domestic product to overseas development assistance.
