36- وبالرغم من إحاطة اللجنة علماً بالإيضاحات التي قدمها وفد الدولة الطرف مبيناً أنه تمت تسوية مشكل القصَّر غير المصحوبين عن طريق مذكرة متبادلة بين الدولة الطرف والمغرب، فإنها تطلب إلى الدولة الطرف أن تُضَمِّنَ تقريرها الدوري القادم معلومات إضافية بشأن هذا الموضوع.

259. While noting the explanation of the State party that the problem of unaccompanied minors has been solved by a Memorandum of Understanding between the State party and Morocco, the Committee requests the State party to provide more information on this matter in its next periodic report.

(29) In accordance with article 9, paragraph 1, of the Convention and rule 65 of its amended rules of procedure, the Committee requests the State party to provide information, within one year of the adoption of the present concluding observations, on its follow-up to the recommendations contained in paragraphs 9, 11, 15 and 19 above.

Bearing in mind its general recommendation No. 32 (2009) on the meaning and scope of special measures in the International Convention on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, the Committee requests the State party to include in its next periodic report information on special measures taken to reduce these disparities and information on the outcome of measures taken to overcome the language obstacle in the delivery of services.

(41) While the Committee takes note of the information provided in the initial report on laws and regulations related to the provisions of the Convention, the Committee requests the State party to provide detailed information in its second report on how these laws and regulations are implemented in practice.
(41) بينما تحيط اللجنة علماً بالمعلومات المقدمة في التقرير الأولي عن القوانين والأنظمة المتعلقة بأحكام الاتفاقية، فإنها تطلب إلى الدولة الطرف أن تقدم في تقريرها الثاني معلومات مفصلة عن كيفية تنفيذ هذه القوانين والأنظمة في الواقع.
