58. The Mission's Conduct and Discipline Unit continued to work on developing strategies to prevent, identify, report and effectively respond to all categories of United Nations personnel misconduct.
58 - واصلت الوحدة المعنية بسلوك الموظفين والانضباط العمل على وضع استراتيجيات لمنع حدوث أي حالات من سوء السلوك في جميع فئات موظفي الأمم المتحدة وتحديد هذه الحالات، والإبلاغ عنها ومواجهتها مواجهة فعالة.

64. With respect to recourse mechanisms for non-staff personnel, the General Assembly, in resolution 63/223, had decided to revert to the issue of the scope of the system of administration of justice at its sixty-fifth session with a view to ensuring that effective remedies were available to all categories of United Nations personnel.

(g) Under the provisions of paragraph 1.2, reporting to intergovernmental and expert bodies, including the General Assembly, the Fourth and Fifth Committees, the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions and other policymaking organs on conduct and discipline issues related to all categories of United Nations personnel in field operations;
(ز) القيام بموجب أحكام الفقرة 1-2، بتقديم تقارير إلى الهيئات الحكومية الدولية وهيئات الخبراء، بما فيها الجمعية العامة، واللجنتان الرابعة والخامسة، واللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية، وسائر أجهزة رسم السياسات بشأن قضايا السلوك والانضباط المتعلقة بجميع فئات موظفي الأمم المتحدة في العمليات الميدانية؛

Clearly, additional resources would be needed and the existing staff and material resources would have to be expanded and reallocated within the Secretariat, in the interests of better management of peacekeeping operations and greater integrity in all aspects of peacekeeping, including troop safety and security, accountability in resource management, and responsible conduct by all categories of United Nations staff and related personnel.
