(a) To continue to intensify efforts to ensure the registration of all children, irrespective of their status, immediately after birth, including by the consideration of simplified, expeditious and effective procedures;

29- أن تبذل مزيداً من الجهود لكفالة حق جميع الأطفال في التسجيل فور ولادتهم بإجراءات بسيطة وشاملة، الأمر الذي يمكنهم من الحصول على الخدمات الاجتماعية الأساسية مثل التعليم والصحة (أوروغواي)؛

States parties are obliged to ensure that children of migrant workers are registered soon after birth, irrespective of the migration status of their parents, and provided with birth certificates and other identity documents (art. 29).
ويقع على عاتق الدول الأطراف التزام بتسجيل أبناء العمال المهاجرين فور ولادتهم بصرف النظر عن وضع والديهم كمهاجرين، ومنحهم شهادات الميلاد وغيرها من وثائق الهوية (المادة 29).
