The Committee urges the State party to implement the principle of equal treatment of men and women in access to employment and promotion, to intensify its efforts in the field of qualification programmes for women working in low-paid employment and unemployed women, and to enforce the principle of equal remuneration for work of equal value.
128- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تطبيق مبدأ المساواة في المعاملة بين الرجل والمرأة فيما يتصل بالعمل والترقية، ومضاعفة جهودها المبذولة في مجال برامج التأهيل الخاصة بالنساء اللائي يضطلعن بعمل منخفض الأجر والنساء العاطلات عن العمل، والحرص على تطبيق مبدأ المساواة في الأجر بين الرجل والمرأة مقابل العمل المتساوي القيمة.

28. 28- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تطبيق مبدأ المساواة في المعاملة بين الرجل والمرأة فيما يتصل بالعمل والترقية، ومضاعفة جهودها المبذولة في مجال برامج التأهيل الخاصة بالنساء اللائي يضطلعن بعمل منخفض الأجر والنساء العاطلات عن العمل، والحرص على تطبيق مبدأ المساواة في الأجر بين الرجل والمرأة مقابل العمل المتساوي القيمة.

Under the laws in effect on work and employment, the general collective contract, as well as sectoral collective contracts, men and women have equal opportunities in access to employment and training, equal working conditions and labour protection, equal salary for the same job and all other rights that are not necessarily determined for women (like maternity protection, maternity leave, etc.).
