In 2009, CEDAW remained concerned about the persistence of traditional stereotypes regarding the roles of women and men in the family and in society at large, as reflected in women's educational choices, their situation in the labor market and their low participation in political and public life.
14- في عام ٢٠٠٩، ظلت اللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة قلقة إزاء استمرار الأفكار النمطية التقليدية فيما يتعلق بأدوار المرأة والرجل في الأسرة والمجتمع ككل، وهو ما يتجلى في خيارات المرأة التعليمية، ووضعها في سوق العمل وضعف مشاركتها في الحياة السياسية والعامة.

5. The Committee, in its previous concluding observations (CEDAW/C/KAZ/CO/2, para. 13), expressed its concern about the persistence of patriarchal attitudes and deep-rooted stereotypes regarding the roles of women and men in the family and in the society, notwithstanding the State party's efforts to introduce courses on gender-related subjects.

14. In 2009, CEDAW reiterated its concern about the deeply rooted patriarchal attitudes and strong stereotypes regarding women's roles and responsibilities in the family and society.
14- في عام 2009، أعربت اللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة عن قلقها مجدداً إزاء تلك المواقف المتجذرة في أعماق المجتمع القائمة على السلطة الأبوية والقوالب النمطية الراسخة فيما يتعلق بأدوار المرأة ومسؤولياتها في الأسرة والمجتمع(37).

20. The Committee is concerned about the persistence of patriarchal attitudes and deep-rooted stereotypes concerning women's roles and responsibilities that discriminate against women and perpetuate their subordination within the family and society.
20- تعرب اللجنة عن قلقها إزاء استمرار وجود المواقف الأبوية والقوالب النمطية المتجذرة فيما يتعلق بأدوار المرأة ومسؤولياتها، فهذه المواقف والقوالب النمطية تميز ضد المرأة وتديم خضوعها داخل الأسرة والمجتمع.

19. CEDAW remained concerned about patriarchal attitudes and deep-rooted stereotypes concerning women's roles and responsibilities as well as the position of women and girls in rural areas, which was characterized by poverty, illiteracy and difficulties with access to health and social services.
19- وقالت اللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة إنها لا تزال تشعر بالقلق إزاء المواقف الأبوية والقوالب النمطية المتجذرة فيما يتعلق بأدوار المرأة ومسؤولياتها(46)، وكذلك إزاء وضع النساء والفتيات في المناطق الريفية حيث يعانين الفقر والأمية ويواجهن صعوبات في الحصول على الخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية(47).

8. It is indicated that various measures have been taken to tackle harmful practices and gender stereotypes with regard to the roles of women and men in society in the State party (para. 25).
