The Conference of the Parties shall, at its first session after the entry into force of the Protocol, establish a multilateral consultative process including an Implementation Committee to review, at the request of a Party or Parties, the secretariat, or a Party in respect of itself, compliance with its obligations under the Protocol.
٣١٢- ينشئ مؤتمر اﻷطراف، في أول دورة له بعد بدء نفاذ البروتوكول، عملية استشارية متعددة اﻷطراف تتضمن إنشاء لجنة تنفيذ لكي تقوم، بناء على طلب طرف أو أطراف، أو طلب اﻷمانة، أو طلب طرف بخصوص نفسه، باستعراض الامتثال لالتزامات الطرف بموجب البروتوكول.

3. Decides to recommend, at its first session following the completion of the IPCC special report and its consideration by the SBSTA, a draft decision, for adoption by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its first session, on definitions related to activities under Article 3.3 of the Kyoto Protocol;
٣- يقرر أن يوصي في أول دورة له بعد إنجاز التقرير الخاص للفريق الحكومي الدولي المعني بتغير المناخ والنظر فيه من قبل الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية، بمشروع مقرر لكي يعتمده مؤتمر اﻷطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع اﻷطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو في دورته اﻷولى، بشأن التعاريف المتصلة باﻷنشطة الواردة في إطار المادة ٣-٣ من بروتوكول كيوتو؛

In that resolution, the Commission recalled General Assembly resolution 60/251 of 15 March 2006 (see paras. 6 and 7 above) in which the Assembly decided on the creation of the Human Rights Council, and Economic and Social Council resolution 2006/2 of 22 March 2006, and accordingly referred all reports to the Human Rights Council for further consideration at its first session in June 2006.
وأشارت في ذلك القرار إلى قرار الجمعية العامة 60/251 المؤرخ 15 آذار/مارس 2006 (انظر الفقرتين 6 و 7 أعلاه) الذي قررت الجمعية العامة فيه إنشاء مجلس حقوق الإنسان، وقرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 2006/2 المؤرخ 22 آذار/مارس 2006، وأحالت وفقا لذلك جميع التقارير إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان من أجل المزيد من النظر فيها في أول دورة له في حزيران /يونيه 2006.
