8. Decides to establish a work programme under the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice to continue the process of clarifying the quantified economy-wide emission reduction targets of developed country Parties, particularly in relation to the elements contained in decision 2/CP.17, paragraph 5, with a view to:
8- يقرر وضع برنامج عمل في إطار الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية لمواصلة عملية إيضاح الأهداف الكمية لخفض الانبعاثات على نطاق الاقتصاد للبلدان المتقدمة الأطراف، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالعناصر الواردة في الفقرة 5 من المقرر 2/م أ-17، بهدف:

54. Welcomes the progress made in the work of the forum on the impact of the implementation of response measures being convened under the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice and the Subsidiary Body for Implementation and invites Parties to continue to participate in the forum, including the sharing of views on policy issues of concern, such as unilateral measures;

(a) Decided to establish a work programme under the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) on the development of a common tabular format for the electronic reporting, with a view to adopting the format by COP 18;
(أ) قرر وضع برنامج عمل في إطار الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية لتهيئة شكل جدولي موحد لتقديم المعلومات إلكترونياً، كي يُعتمد هذا الشكل في الدورة الثامنة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف()؛

16. Decides to establish a work programme under the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice on the development of a common tabular format for the electronic reporting of information according to the reporting guidelines referred to in paragraph 12 above, with a view to adopting the format by the Conference of the Parties at its eighteenth session;
16- يقرر وضع برنامج عمل في إطار الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية لتهيئة شكل جدولي موحد لتقديم المعلومات إلكترونياً وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية للإبلاغ المشار إليها في الفقرة 12 أعلاه، كي يُعتمد هذا الشكل في الدورة الثامنة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف؛

28. Further decides to establish a work programme under the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice, with a view to concluding the revision of the guidelines for the review of biennial reports and national communications, including national inventory reviews to be concluded no later than the nineteenth session of the Conference of the Parties;
28- يقرر كذلك وضع برنامج عمل في إطار الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية، للانتهاء من تنقيح المبادئ التوجيهية لاستعراض تقارير فترة السنتين، والبلاغات الوطنية، بما يشمل استعراض قوائم الجرد الوطنية، في موعد أقصاه الدورة التاسعة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف؛

(i) Supporting the development of modalities for measurement, reporting and verification of developed countries' commitments and actions under the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA).
(ط) دعم عملية وضع طرائق لقياس التزامات وإجراءات البلدان المتقدمة والإبلاغ عنها والتحقق منها، في إطار الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية.

Analysis of possible linkages of this work with other relevant work under the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA), the SBI and the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention (AWG-LCA).

Requests the co-chairs, supported by the secretariat, to coordinate the activities of the work programme with the work under the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice related to methodological guidance for activities relating to reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation and the role of conservation, sustainable management of forests and enhancement of forest carbon stocks in developing countries;
