(3) The General Assembly should support the possibility of more field visits under this mandate to both developing and developed countries in order to make the work of the United Nations more accessible to people at the local level and to reflect their views in the recommendations to the United Nations.

51. The obligation to effectively investigate, prosecute, and punish violations of the right to life in situations of armed conflict has been a consistent theme of reports under this mandate.
51 - ظل الالتزام على نحو فعال بالتحقيق في انتهاكات الحق في الحياة في حالات النزاع المسلح والمحاكمة والمعاقبة عليهما موضوع يرد باستمرار في التقارير المقدمة في إطار هذه الولاية().

36. Given the occasion that motivates this report, the argument thus far has concentrated more on the importance of justice and rights considerations to development than on the specific contributions that the four measures under this mandate can make to a robust development agenda.
