3. In case of armed conflicts not of an international character occurring in the territory of one of the High Contracting Parties, each party to the conflict shall be bound to apply the prohibitions and restrictions of this Protocol.
3- في حالة حدوث نزاعات مسلحة ليست ذات طابع دولي في إقليم أحد الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية، يكون كل طرف في النزاع ملزماً بتطبيق محظورات وقيود هذا البروتوكول.

- Exchange information on terrorist groups and on members of such groups that may operate, are operating or have operated in the territory of one of the parties against the interests of the other party " .

The Parties further agree that it is in their common interest to seek relief against anticompetitive practices that may occur in the territory of one Party that, in addition to violating that Party's competition laws, adversely affect the interest of the other Party in securing the efficient operation of the other Party's markets.
ويتفق الطرفان أيضاً على أن من مصلحتهما المشتركة أن يسعيا إلى توفير سبل انتصاف من الممارسات المضادة للمنافسة التي قد تحصل في إقليم أحد الطرفين، والتي بالإضافة إلى أنها تشكل انتهاكاً لقوانين ذلك الطرف المتعلقة بالمنافسة، فهي تؤثر سلبياً على مصلحة الطرف الآخر في ضمان أن تعمل أسواق ذلك الطرف الآخر بكفاءة.
