The Commission shall invite any State Member of the United Nations not a member of the Commission to participate in a consultative capacity in its consideration of any matter of particular concern to that State.
تدعو اللجنة أي دولة عضو في الأمم المتحدة من غير الأعضاء في اللجنة إلى الاشتراك بصفة استشارية في نظرها في أي مسألة تهم بصفة خاصة تلك الدولة.

3. Member States of the United Nations that are not members of any regional group, together with observers, may participate in different round tables, following consultations with the chairmen of those round tables.
3- يجوز للدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة من غير الأعضاء في أي مجموعة من المجموعات الإقليمية، وللمراقبين كذلك، أن يشاركوا في مختلف اجتماعات المائدة المستديرة، بعد التشاور مع رؤساء تلك الاجتماعات.

11. The Commission shall invite any State Member of the United Nations not a member of the Commission to participate in a consultative capacity in its consideration of any matter of particular concern to that non-member.
11 - تدعو اللجنة أية دولة عضو في الأمم المتحدة من غير الأعضاء في اللجنة إلى الاشتراك بصفة استشارية في نظرها في أي مسألة تهم بصفة خاصة ذلك الطرف غير العضو.

3- يجوز للدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة من غير الأعضاء في أيِّ مجموعة من المجموعات الإقليمية، وللمراقبين كذلك، أن يشاركوا في مختلف الموائد المستديرة، بعد التشاور مع رئيس اللجنة و/أو رئيس كل مائدة مستديرة، حسب الاقتضاء.
