132. In accordance with article 2, the Committee recommends that the State party make greater efforts to ensure that all children within its jurisdiction enjoy all the rights enshrined in the Convention without discrimination.

Children in Qatar enjoy the rights set forth in the Convention, without discrimination of any kind. There are no legislative acts which permit discrimination as to race, colour, sex, language, religion or other status.

Moreover, concepts of " Reasonable accommodation " and " Universal design " can be used in national legal acts with meanings as defined in the Convention without hindrance in terms of legislations, regulations and traditions.
