Any State Party may denounce the present Protocol at any time by written notification to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, who shall thereafter inform the other States Parties to the Convention and all States which have signed the Convention.
لكل دولة طرف أن تنهي العمل بهذا البروتوكول في أي حين بإخطار مكتوب موجه إلى اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة، الذي يقوم من ثم بإبلاغ الدول اﻷخرى اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول التي وقعت على الاتفاقية بذلك.

3. The Secretary-General, in his capacity as depositary of the Convention and the Protocol, shall inform all States Parties to the Convention and all States which have signed the Convention of each instrument of declaration pursuant to article 3, ratification or accession to the Protocol.
3 - يقوم الأمين العام بصفته الوديع للاتفاقية والبروتوكول بإبلاغ جميع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول الأطراف التي وقعت عليها بإيداع كل صك من صكوك الإعلان عملاً بالمادة 3 أو كل صك من صكوك التصديق على البروتوكول أو الانضمام إليه.

2. The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall transmit certified copies of the present Protocol to all States Parties to the Convention and all States which have signed the Convention.
2 - يرسل الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة نسخاً مصدقة من هذا البروتوكول إلى جميع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول الموقعة عليها. بـاء

(3) The Secretary—General of the United Nations, in his capacity as depositary of the Convention and the Protocol, shall inform all States parties to the Convention and all States that have signed the Convention of each instrument of ratification or accession to the Protocol.
٣- يخطر اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة، بصفته وديعا للاتفاقية والبروتوكول، جميع الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول التي وقعت الاتفاقية بكل صك تصديق على البروتوكول أو الانضمام اليه.
