176- يتمتع الطفل المعوق في الجماهيرية العظمى بكامل الحقوق من حيث التعليم والتدريب وخدمات الرعاية الصحية وخدمات إعادة التأهيل.

In order to guarantee the protection of children from discrimination on the basis of the status, activities, opinions or beliefs of the child's guardian, the law in the Great Jamahiriya prohibits all forms of discrimination on such bases.
58- ولضمان حماية الطفل من التمييز على أساس مركز أولياء الطفل أو أنشطتهم أو ما يجهرون به من آراء أو معتقدات، فإن القانون في الجماهيرية العظمى يمنع أي نوع من أنواع التمييز على أساس مركز أولياء الطفل أو أنشطتهم أو ما يجهرون به من آراء ومعتقدات.

In regard to the principles of non-discrimination, as already mentioned, the laws in force accord equal rights to all children resident in the Great Jamahiriya, both nationals and nonnationals, in addition to which the special laws accord children and others, without distinction, the right to health care, education and social security.
149- وفيما يتعلق بمبادئ عدم التمييز، فإن القوانين السارية المفعول تعطي كل الأطفال المقيمين في الجماهيرية العظمى سواء كانوا مواطنين أو غير مواطنين حقوقاً متساوية كما سبقت الإشارة إلى ذلك، بالإضافة إلى القوانين الخاصة التي تعطي للطفل ولغيره دون تمييز الحق في الرعاية الصحية والتعليم والضمان الاجتماعي.

(c) The educational system in the Great Jamahiriya is founded on a philosophy and strategy formulated by the Basic People's Congresses during their sessions. Educational policy is implemented under the auspices of the local sha'biyya.
(ج) يستند نظام التعليم في الجماهيرية العظمى إلى فلسفة واستراتيجية تصوغها المؤتمرات الشعبية الأساسية خلال دورات انعقادها، وتنفذ هذه السياسة التعليمية بإدارة شعبية محلية.

The implementation of resolution 748 (1992) has had a clearly negative aspect on the industrialization movement in the Great Jamahiriya, particularly on production rates and follow-up of the implementation of industrial projects, which had been in the stage of completing the assembly of new production lines and becoming operational.
