60. In its resolution 59/287, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to take action expeditiously in cases of proven misconduct and/or criminal behaviour and to inform Member States about the actions taken.
60 - طلبت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 59/287 إلى الأمين العام أن يسارع إلى اتخاذ إجراءات في الحالات التي يثبت فيها سوء السلوك و/أو السلوك الإجرامي وأن يبلغ الدول الأعضاء بالإجراءات المتخذة.

66. In its resolution 59/287, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to take action expeditiously in cases of proven misconduct and/or criminal behaviour and to inform Member States about the actions taken.
66 - طلبت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 59/287 إلى الأمين العام أن يسارع إلى اتخاذ إجراءات في الحالات التي يثبت فيها سوء السلوك و/أو السلوك الإجرامي وأن يبلغ الدول الأعضاء بالإجراءات المتخذة.

(c) To refer a case for investigation, where it has been determined that the improper exercise of delegated authority by the manager might rise to the level of possible misconduct;

A medical discharge is, however, not necessary for an assessment of permanent disability in cases where irrecoverable loss is involved.

109. Long-term social security covers payments in proven cases of invalidity or presumed (old-age) disability, as well as in cases of loss of survivor's benefits because of death of the benefit recipient (survivor's pensions).

12. Requests the Secretary-General and the executive heads of the organizations concerned to take the necessary disciplinary measures in cases of proven fraud and to enhance the individual accountability of United Nations personnel, including stronger managerial control;
١٢ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام والرؤساء التنفيذيين للمؤسسات المعنية اتخاذ التدابير التأديبية اللازمة في الحالات التي يثبت فيها حدوث غش، وتعزيز المساءلة الفردية لموظفي اﻷمم المتحدة، بما في ذلك جعل المراقبة اﻹدارية أشد صرامة؛

(e) To introduce specific performance evaluation objectives for the manager, where it has been determined that the contested decision was taken as a result of poor management;

First, a duty to seek international assistance only arises in cases where national incapacity is demonstrated.
فالسمة المشتركة الأولى أن واجب التماس المساعدة الدولية لا ينشأ إلا في الحالات التي يثبت فيها أن القدرة الوطنية منعدمة.

146. The State party should pay maximum attention to allegations of violence by members of the police forces, with a view to instigating impartial inquiries and, in proven cases, applying appropriate penalties.
١٤٦ - وينبغي للدولة الطرف أن تولي أكبر قدر من الاهتمام للادعاءات المتعلقة بالعنف الذي يرتكبه أعضاء قوات الشرطة، بغية التحريض على إجراء تحريات نزيهة وفرض عقوبات مناسبة في الحالات التي يثبت فيها صحة التحقيق.

3. Only where it is established that the reserving State did not consider its reservation (which has been recognized as impermissible) to be an essential element of its consent to be bound by the treaty is the reservation separable from its treaty obligation.
