Each member shall contribute to the Administrative Account in accordance with the provisions of the rules of procedure, within the framework of an annual administrative budget which shall be approved by the Council.

8. If a member has not paid its full contribution to the Administrative Account within four months after such contribution becomes due in accordance with paragraph 7 of this article, the Executive Director shall request that member to make payment as quickly as possible.
8- إذا لم يدفع عضو من الأعضاء اشتراكه كاملاً في الحساب الإداري في غضون أربعة أشهر بعد موعد استحقاق دفع هذا الاشتراك وفقاً للفقرة 7 من هذه المادة، يطلب المدير التنفيذي من ذلك العضو الدفع بأسرع ما يمكن.

9. If a member has paid its full contribution to the Administrative Account within four months after such contribution becomes due in accordance with paragraph 7 of this article, that member's contribution shall receive a discount as may be established by the Council in the financial rules of the Organization.
9- إذا دفع عضو اشتراكه كاملاً في الحساب الإداري في غضون أربعة أشهر بعد موعد استحقاق دفع هذا الاشتراك بموجب الفقرة 7 من هذه المادة، يحصل العضو على خصم من اشتراكه يحدده المجلس في القواعد المالية للمنظمة.
