All documents and other materials concerning the crime committed by the extradited person available in proceeding of courts, prosecutors, investigators, inquest bodies of the Republic of Armenia shall also be transferred to the competent authorities of the foreign State concerned in the manner prescribed by corresponding international treaty.
ويجب أيضاً إحالة جميع الوثائق والمواد الأخرى المتعلقة بالجريمة التي ارتكبها الشخص المسلَّم والمتاحة لإجراءات المحاكم ووكلاء النيابة والمحققين وهيئات التحقيق في جمهورية أرمينيا إلى السلطات المختصة في الدولة الأجنبية المعنية كما هو مبين في المعاهدة الدولية المعنية.

Evidence submitted by the requesting State has equal legal force as evidence obtained in Georgia, provided that it is collected in observance of the procedures and rules of the foreign State.
وتعتبر الأدلة الإثباتية التي تقدّمها الدولة مقدِّمة الطلب ذات قوة قانونية مكافئة لقوة الأدلة الإثباتية التي يُحصل عليها داخل جورجيا، شريطة أن يتم جمعها وفقا للإجراءات والقواعد السارية في الدولة الأجنبية.

6. In the event of the annulment or revision of a sentence of a court of a foreign state or the application of an amnesty or a pardon granted in a foreign State, the questions of the execution of the revised sentence and also the application of an amnesty or a pardon with respect to the person serving a sentence in Turkmenistan shall be resolved by the rules set forth in this article.
6 - في حالة إلغاء الحكم الصادر عن المحكمة الأجنبية أو تغييره أو صدور قرار بالعفو أو الصفح في ما يتعلق بالحكم في الدولة الأجنبية المعنية، يجري البت في المسائل المتعلقة بتنفيذ الحكم الذي جرى تعديله أو تطبيق قرار العفو أو الصفح عن الشخص المحكوم عليه، الذي يقضي العقوبة في تركمانستان، وفق أحكام هذه المادة.

2. When the enquiry to carry out procedural steps is made by courts, prosecutors, investigators, inquest bodies of the Republic of Armenia, they, in accordance with international treaties of the Republic of Armenia, shall submit the enquiries drawn up to the corresponding competent authority specified in part 1 of this Article for forwarding them to the competent authority of foreign state for the purpose of execution thereof.
2- وفي الحالات التي يكون فيها التحقيق المتعلق باتخاذ الخطوات الإجرائية مقدماً من المحاكم أو وكلاء النيابة أو المحققين أو هيئات التحقيق في جمهورية أرمينيا، يتعين على هذه الجهات أن تقدم، بمقتضى المعاهدات الدولية التي انضمت إليها جمهورية أرمينيا، التحقيقات المعدة إلى السلطة المختصة المقابلة والمبينة في الجزء 1 من هذه المادة لإحالتها إلى السلطة المختصة في الدولة الأجنبية بغرض تنفيذها.

5. Where the execution of an enquiry received from the competent body of a foreign state is impossible in accordance with international treaties of the Republic of Armenia or it does not arise from the international treaty concerned, the corresponding body of the foreign State shall notify about impossibility to execute the enquiry and the reasons thereof in the manner prescribed by this Article.
5- وفي الحالات التي يتعذر فيها تنفيذ تحقيق ورد بمقتضى المعاهدات الدولية التي انضمت إليها جمهورية أرمينيا من هيئة مختصة لدولة أجنبية، أو التي لا ينشأ فيها التنفيذ عن المعاهدة الدولية المعنية، تخطر الهيئة المقابلة في الدولة الأجنبية باستحالة تنفيذ الاستفسار وأسبابها كما هو مبين في هذه المادة.
