We urge Member States and other parties involved in armed conflicts to ensure, in compliance with international humanitarian law, the security and protection of all humanitarian personnel and of United Nations and associated personnel.
ونرجوا من الدول الأعضاء والأطراف الأخرى المعنية، في الصراعات المسلحة أن تكفل أمن وحماية جميع موظفي المساعدة الإنسانية والأفراد المرتبطين بالأمم المتحدة، وذلك امتثالا للقانون الإنساني الدولي.

11. Requests parties to armed conflict to include, where appropriate, provisions for the protection of children, including the disarmament, demobilization and reintegration of child combatants, in peace negotiations and in peace agreements and the involvement of children, where possible, in these processes;

(a) All States and other parties to armed conflict to respect fully international humanitarian law and, in this regard, calls upon States parties to respect fully the provisions of the Geneva Conventions, of 12 August 1949, and the Additional Protocols thereto of 8 June 1977;
(أ) جميع الدول وسائر الأطراف في الصراعات المسلحة أن تحترم القانون الإنساني الدولي احتراماً تاماً، وتطلب في هذا الصدد إلى الدول الأطراف أن تحترم احتراماً تاماً أحكام اتفاقيات جنيف المبرمة في 12 آب/أغسطس 1949، والبروتوكولين الإضافيين الملحقين بها المؤرخين 8 حزيران/يونيه 1977؛

45. Urges all States and all other parties to armed conflicts to end the recruitment and use of children in situations of armed conflict contrary to international law and to ensure their demobilization, effective disarmament and rehabilitation, physical and psychological recovery and reintegration into society;
45 - تحث جميع الدول وسائر الأطراف في الصراعات المسلحة أن تضع حدا لتجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم في الصراعات المسلحة خلافا لأحكام القانون الدولي، وأن تكفل تسريحهم وتنزع أسلحتهم بصورة فعالة وأن تنفذ تدابير فعالة لتأهيلهم وشفائهم بدنيا ونفسيا وإعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع؛

(a) To the working group on a draft optional protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflicts to meet for a period of two weeks, or less if possible, prior to the fifty-third session of the Commission, with a view to finalizing the draft optional protocol;
)أ( الفريق العامل المعني بوضع مشروع بروتوكول اختياري يلحق باتفاقية حقوق الطفل ويتعلق باشتراك اﻷطفال في الصراعات المسلحة أن يجتمع لمدة أسبوعين، أو أقل إذا أمكن، قبل دورة اللجنة الثالثة والخمسين، بغية إضفاء الصبغة النهائية على مشروع البروتوكول الاختياري؛

12. Calls upon all other parties involved in armed conflicts to refrain from abducting humanitarian personnel or United Nations and its associated personnel or detaining them in violation of the relevant conventions referred to in the present resolution and applicable international humanitarian law, and speedily to release, without harm or requirement of concession, any abductee or detainee;
12 - تهيب بسائر الأطراف المشاركة في الصراعات المسلحة أن تمتنع عن اختطاف العاملين في مجال تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية أو موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها، أو احتجازهم، في انتهاك للاتفاقيات ذات الصلة المشار إليها في هذا القرار ولأحكام القانون الإنساني الدولي السارية، وأن تفرج على وجه السرعة عن أي مختطفين أو محتجزين دون تعريضهم للأذى أو المطالبة بأي تنازلات؛
