1. The pre-qualification or pre-selection documents, if any, and the solicitation documents shall be formulated in [the enacting State specifies its official language or languages] [and in a language customarily used in international trade, unless decided otherwise by the procuring entity in the circumstances referred to in paragraph 4 of article 33 of this Law].
1- تُصاغ وثائقُ التأهيل الأوَّلي أو وثائق الاختيار الأوّلي، إن وُجدت، ووثائق الالتماس باللغة [تُحدِّد الدولة المشترعة هنا لغتها أو لغاتها الرسمية] [وبلغة تُستخدم عادةً في التجارة الدولية، ما لم تقرِّر الجهةُ المشترية خلاف ذلك في الظروف المشار إليها في الفقرة 4 من المادة 33 من هذا القانون].

(c) The procuring entity decides not to cause the invitation to be published in accordance with paragraph 2 of article 33 of this Law in the circumstances referred to in paragraph 4 of article 33 of this Law.
(ج) عندما تقرّر الجهة المشترية عدم التكفل بنشر الدعوة وفقاً للفقرة 2 من المادة 33 من هذا القانون في الظروف المشار إليها في الفقرة 4 من المادة 33 من هذا القانون.

To better express that purpose it was proposed that paragraph 2 be amended to delete the words " in question other than an input error that occurs in the circumstances referred to " and substitute wording along the following lines: " on grounds or for purposes other than providing a special remedy for input errors having occurred in the circumstances referred to in paragraph 1 " .

460. Where the maintenance order is for periodical payments, a significant change in the circumstances referred to in paragraph 5 of Article 3.72 of the Civil Code of the Republic (state of health, capacity for employment) may warrant a request of either of the former spouses for an increase, reduction or termination of maintenance payments.
460- وإذا كان أمر النفقة يؤدى بمدفوعات دورية، فإن تغييرا هاما في الظروف المشار إليها في الفقرة 5 من المادة 3-72 من القانون المدني (الحالة الصحية، القدرة على العمل) قد يبرر قيام أي من الزوجين السابقين بتقديم طلب بزيادة المدفوعات أو خفضها أو إنهاء مواصلتها.

Unless decided otherwise by the procuring entity in the circumstances referred to in article 32 (4) of this Law, the invitation to pre-qualify shall also be published, in a language customarily used in international trade, in a newspaper of wide international circulation or in a relevant trade publication or technical or professional journal of wide international circulation.
