This legislation is in line with the Hours of Work (Industry), Convention No. 1 (1919), and the Hours of Work (Commerce and Offices) Convention No. 30 (1930).
ويتمشى هذا التشريع مع اتفاقية العمل رقم 1 لعام 1919 بشأن تحديد ساعات العمل في المنشآت الصناعية وكذلك الاتفاقية رقم 30 لعام 1930 بشأن تنظيم ساعات العمل في التجارة والمكاتب.

Trained special needs persons are unable to obtain jobs in Industry and commercial establishments in wider society because of the negative attitude of the employer to employ mentally disabled.
