95- ووقّعت جمهورية صربيا أيضاً عدة اتفاقات ووثائق ثنائية لضمان التنظيم القانوني للتعاون وزيادة كفاءة حلّ المسائل المتعلقة بالأشخاص المفقودين في النزاعات المسلحة في إقليم جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية الاشتراكية السابقة والنزاع في إقليم مقاطعة كوسوفو وميتوهيا المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي:

1. The Sudan acceded to the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict on 12 October 2003 and ratified it on 11 September 2004, without reservations.
1- انضم السودان إلى البروتوكول الاختياري لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل المتعلق باشتراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة في 12 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2003، وصدق عليه في 11 أيلول/سبتمبر 2004 دون أي تحفظات.
