431. The Committee notes that the State party has not yet ratified the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, and on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
431- تلاحظ اللجنة أنّ الدولة الطرف لم تصدق بعد على البروتوكولين الاختياريين لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل بشأن بيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الخليعة، وبشأن اشتراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلّحة.

509. The Committee notes that the State Party has not ratified the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, and on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
509- تلاحظ اللجنة أنّ الدولة الطرف لم تصدق على البروتوكولين الاختياريين لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل بشأن بيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الخليعة، وبشأن إشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلّحة.

It was estimated that about 40,000 persons disappeared in armed conflicts in the territory of the former Yugoslavia.

However, there was still a long way to go before their provisions became generally accepted rules applicable in armed conflicts.

510- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأنّ تصدّق على البروتوكولين الاختياريين لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل بشأن بيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الخليعة، وبشأن إشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلّحة.

590. The Committee recommends that the State party consider ratifying the 2002Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
590- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالنظر في إمكانية التصديق على البروتوكول الاختياري لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل المتعلق بإشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلّحة.

The Committee welcomes the ratification by the State Pparty of the 2002Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography and the signature signing in 2001 of the 2002Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
589- ترحب اللجنة بتصديق الدولة الطرف على البروتوكول الاختياري لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل بشأن بيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الخليعة، وبتوقيعها على البروتوكول الاختياري المتعلق بإشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلّحة.

The Committee recommends that the State party immediately ratify and implement the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography, and on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
747- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأنّ تبادر فوراً بالتصديق على البروتوكول الاختياري لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل بشأن بيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الخليعة، وعلى البروتوكول الاختياري بشأن إشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلّحة وبتنفيذ أحكامهما.

99. The Committee notes that the State party has not ratified the Optional Protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography and the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
9- البروتوكولان الاختياريان لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل وتعديل الفقرة 2 من المادة 43 من الاتفاقية 99- تلاحظ اللجنة أنّ الدولة الطرف لم تصدّق على البروتوكولين الاختياريين لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل المتعلقين ببيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية، وبإشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلّحة.

100. The Committee recommends that the State party ratify the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography and the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict.
100- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأنّ تصدّق على البروتوكولين الاختياريين لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل المتعلقين ببيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية، وبإشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلّحة.

All parties in armed conflicts should redouble their efforts to comply with their obligations, notably by prohibiting the targeting of civilians and civilian property.
ودعا جميع الأطراف في النزاعات المسلّحة إلى مضاعفة جهودها للوفاء بالتزاماتها، وخاصة عن طريق حظر استهداف المدنيين والممتلكات المدنية.

78. The Committee welcomes the adoption by the Senate in April 2006 of a detailed resolution on children in armed conflicts.
78- ترحّب اللجنة باعتماد مجلس الشيوخ في نيسان/أبريل 2006 قراراً مفصَّلاً بشأن إشراك الأطفال في النزاعات المسلّحة.
