It requests the Centre for Human Rights to consider this report as an official document and to circulate it to the members of the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-first session.

16. The Commission has been seized of the human rights situation in the territories occupied by Israel as a result of the hostilities of June 1967 every year since its twenty-fourth session (1968).
٦١ - ما برحت حالة حقوق اﻹنسان في اﻷراضي التي تحتلها اسرائيل نتيجة لحرب حزيران/يونيه ٧٦٩١ تُعرض على اللجنة سنويا منذ دورتها الرابعة والعشرين )٨٦٩١(.

The Committee reaffirms its position of principle that, since Israel is a party to the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, the Committee is competent to examine the manner in which Israel is fulfilling its obligations under the Convention with respect to everyone falling under the jurisdiction of Israel, including all persons living in the territories occupied by Israel.
٨٣ - تعيد اللجنة تأكيد موقفها المبدئي ومفاده أنه بما أن اسرائيل دولة طرف في الاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري، فإن اللجنة مختصة ببحث الكيفية التي تفي بها اسرائيل بالتزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية فيما يتعلق بكل فرد يخضع لولاية اسرائيل، بما في ذلك جميع اﻷشخاص الذين يعيشون في اﻷراضي التي تحتلها اسرائيل.

Reaffirms the inalienable right of all displaced inhabitants to return to their homes or former places of residence in the territories occupied by Israel since 1967, and declares once more that any attempt to restrict, or to attach conditions to, the free exercise of the right to return by any displaced person is inconsistent with that inalienable right and is inadmissible;
" ١ - تؤكد من جديد حق جميع السكان النازحين غير القابل للتصرف في العودة الى ديارهم أو أماكن إقامتهم السابقة في اﻷراضي التي تحتلها اسرائيل منذ عام ١٩٦٧، وتعلن مرة أخرى أن أية محاولة لتقييد الممارسة الحرة لحق العودة ﻷي شخص نازح، أو ربط تلك الممارسة بشروط، أمر مناقض لذلك الحق غير القابل للتصرف ولا يمكن قبوله؛
