Moreover, we reiterate our concern at the military activities carried out by some administering Powers in Territories under their administration that run counter to the rights and interests of the people affected.

11. Calls upon the administering Powers concerned to ensure that no discriminatory and unjust wage systems or working conditions prevail in the Territories under their administration and to apply in each Territory a uniform system of wages to all the inhabitants without any discrimination;
١١ - تطلب الى الدول المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة أن تكفل ألا تسود أية نظم تمييزية ومجحفة لﻷجور أو لشروط العمل في اﻷقاليم الواقعة تحت إدارتها وأن تطبق في كل إقليم نظاما موحدا لﻷجور يسري على جميع السكان دون أي تمييز؛

9. Calls upon the administering Powers concerned to ensure that no discriminatory and unjust wage systems or working conditions prevail in the Territories under their administration and to apply in each Territory a uniform system of wages to all the inhabitants without any discrimination;
٩ - تطلب الى الدول المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة أن تكفل ألا تسود أية نظم تمييزية ومجحفة لﻷجور أو لشروط العمل في اﻷقاليم الواقعة تحت إدارتها وأن تطبق في كل اقليم نظاما موحدا لﻷجور يسري على جميع السكان دون أي تمييز؛

9. Also urges the administering Powers to take all necessary measures to protect and conserve the environment of the Territories under their administration against any environmental degradation, and requests the specialized agencies concerned to continue to monitor environmental conditions in those Territories;
٩ - تحث أيضا الدول القائمة باﻹدارة على أن تتخذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لحماية وحفظ البيئة في اﻷقاليم الواقعة تحت إدارتها من أي تدهور بيئي، وتطلب الى الوكالات المتخصصة المعنية أن تواصل رصد اﻷحوال البيئية في تلك اﻷقاليم؛

26. At its 1st meeting, on 22 February 1999, the Special Committee decided, inter alia, to take up as a separate item the question of military activities and arrangements by colonial Powers on Territories under their administration and to consider it in its plenary meetings (see A/AC.109/1999/L.2).
٢٦ - في الجلسة اﻷولى، المعقودة في ٢٢ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٩، قررت اللجنة الخاصة في جملة أمور أن تتناول المسألة المتعلقة باﻷنشطة والترتيبات العسكرية التي تقوم بها الدول الاستعمارية في اﻷقاليم الواقعة تحت إدارتها كبند مستقل وأن تنظر فيها في جلساتها العامة )انظر A/AC.109/1999/L.2(.
