٧ - ورحبت الجمعية بالجهود التي تبذلها الحكومة لتعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻹنسان، لكنها أعربت عن القلق البالغ إزاء الانتهاكات الخطيرة لحقوق اﻹنسان على النحو المبين بالتفصيل في تقارير الممثل الخاص وسلفه. وطلبت إلى حكومة كمبوديا محاكمة جميع مقترفي انتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان.

(d) The enhanced procedures for consultation will, it is hoped, encourage earlier and more active attention to the recommendations contained in the reports of the Special Representative and in his human rights recommendations addressed to the Government.
