وإذ تؤكد من جديد أيضا أن أي نشاط اقتصادي أو أي نشاط آخر يؤثر تأثيرا سلبيا على مصالح شعوب اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي وعلى ممارستها لحقها في تقرير المصير طبقا لميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة وقرار الجمعية العامة ١٥١٤ )د - ١٥(، يناقض أهداف ومبادئ ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة،
