In line with General Assembly resolution 68/262, the Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine monitors the situation in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea from its office in Kyiv and other locations, since it has not been granted access to the peninsula by the Crimean local authorities.

8. Expresses concern that, despite the efforts of the election administration to ensure voting throughout the country, individuals were not able to take part in voting in parts of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions owing to systematic disruption by illegal armed groups and in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol;
8- يُعرب عن قلقه لأنه على الرغم من الجهود التي بذلتها الإدارة المعنية بالانتخابات لضمان التصويت في جميع أنحاء البلد، لم يتمكن الناس من المشاركة في التصويت في أجزاء من منطقتي لوهانسك ودونيتسيك بسبب العراقيل التي تسببت فيها بشكل ممنهج الجماعات المسلحة غير الشرعية في جمهورية القرم المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي وفي مدينة سيفاستوبول؛

13. Also calls for the protection of all human rights in all of Ukraine, in particular in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol in issues related to, inter alia, citizenship, right of residence, labour rights, property and land rights, access to health and education, peaceful assembly, and the freedoms of expression, association, religion and belief;
