" 1. Reaffirms the right of access of land-locked countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit through the territory of transit States by all means of transport, in accordance with international law;
" ١ - تؤكد من جديد حق البلدان غير الساحلية في الوصول الى البحر ومنه وحقها في حرية المرور العابر خلال أقاليم دول المرور العابر بجميع وسائل النقل، وفقا للقانون الدولي؛

1. Reaffirms the right of access of land-locked countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit through the territory of transit States by all means of transport, in accordance with international law;
١ - تؤكد من جديد حق البلدان غير الساحلية في الوصول الى البحر ومنه وحقها في حرية المرور العابر خلال أقاليم دول المرور العابر بجميع وسائل النقل، وفقا للقانون الدولي؛

Landlocked countries must continue to advocate for international laws and conventions to ascertain their rights to uninterrupted freedom of transit.
على البلدان غير الساحلية أن تواصل الدفاع عن القوانين والاتفاقيات الدولية لتأكيد حقوقها في حرية المرور العابر بدون أي عوائق.

" 1. Reaffirms the right of access of land-locked developing countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit through the territory of transit States by all means of transport, in accordance with international law;

6. General Assembly resolution 46/212 reaffirms the right of access of land-locked countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit through the territory of transit States by all means of transport, in accordance with international law.
٦ - يؤكد قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٦/٢١٢ مجددا حق البلدان غير الساحلية في الوصول الى البحر ومنه وحقها في حرية المرور العابر خلال أقاليم دول المرور العابر بجميع وسائل النقل وفقا للقانون الدولي.

At its 48th plenary meeting, on 29 July 1994, the Council decided that no action would be taken on the draft resolution entitled " Right of access of land-locked States to and from the sea and freedom of transit " . E/1994/L.17.
قرر المجلس، في جلسته العامة ٤٨ المعقودة في ٢٩ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٤، عدم اتخاذ أي إجراء بشأن مشروع القرار المعنون " حق البلدان غير الساحلية في الوصول إلى البحر ومنه وحقها في حرية المرور العابر " )٨٩١(.

27. At the 35th meeting, on 18 July, the observer for the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia 4/ introduced a draft resolution (E/1994/L.17) entitled " Right of access of land-locked States to and from the sea and freedom of transit " , which read as follows:
٢٧ - في الجلسة ٣٥، المعقودة في ١٨ تموز/يوليه، قدم المراقب عن جمهورية مقدونيا اليوغوسلافية السابقة مشروع قرار (E/1994/L.17) بعنوان " حق البلدان غير الساحلية في الوصول إلى البحر ومنه وحقها في حرية المرور العابر " ، وفيما يلي نصه:

42. Also to be noted is the reaffirmation by the General Assembly, in its resolution 50/97 of 20 December 1995, of the right of access of landlocked (developing) countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit through the territory of transit States by all means of transport, in accordance with international law.
٤٢ - ومن الجدير بالذكر أيضا، ما قامت به الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٥٠/٩٧ المؤرخ ٢٠ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٥ من إعادة تأكيد حق البلدان )النامية( غير الساحلية في الوصول الى البحر ومنه وحقها في حرية المرور العابر بجميع وسائل النقل وفقا للقانون الدولي.
