His delegation believed that the recommendations contained in the Business Plan provided a good basis for enabling UNIDO to adapt its functions to the new realities of the changing global economic environment.
وقال ان وفده يعتقد أن التوصيات الواردة في خطة اﻷعمال تتيح أساسا طيبا لتمكين اليونيدو من تكييف مهامها للوقائع الجديدة في البيئة الاقتصادية العالمية المتغيرة .

It is essential to restate key policy guidelines in the Business Plan which will serve as benchmarks for the IDDA programme.

وقد شهد العام مفاوضات مكثفة ومناقشات بناءة أفضت الى الموافقة على ميزانية وبرنامج يجسدان اﻷولويات الواردة في خطة اﻷعمال بشأن دور اليونيدو ووظائفها في المستقبل التي أعيد تحديدها في نهج برنامجي جديد .

24. The region that has benefited most from this process, in accordance with the priority laid down by the Business Plan, is Africa.
