The Informal Plenary proceeded to examine the report, paragraph by paragraph, and decided to make the following changes.
ثم شرعت الهيئة العامة غير الرسمية في دراسة التقرير فقرة فقرة، وقررت أن تجري التغييرات التالية:

(b) Proceed at the session originally specified to examine the report and thereafter make and submit to the State party its provisional concluding observations and determine the date on which the report shall be examined under rule 68 or the date on which a new periodic report shall be submitted under rule 66 of these rules.
(ب) المضي قدماً، في الدورة المحددة أصلاً، في دراسة التقرير ثم وضع ملاحظاتها الختامية المؤقتة وتقديمها إلى الدولة الطرف، وتحديد الموعد الذي ستجري فيه دراسة التقرير بموجب المادة 68 أو التاريخ الذي يجب أن يقدم فيه تقرير دوري جديد بمقتضى المادة 66 من هذا النظام الداخلي.

If at such a subsequent session the State party, after due notification, fails to have a representative present, the Committee may proceed with the examination of the report in the absence of the representative of the State party.
فإذا لم توفد الدولة الطرف ممثلا لها في تلك الدورة اللاحقة، بعد إخطارها على النحو الواجب، تمضي اللجنة في دراسة التقرير بدون حضور ممثل الدولة الطرف.

Nevertheless, in view of the delay which could occur in the consideration of the report on account of the two bodies' different schedules, the Third Committee should demonstrate greater flexibility so that the Council's report could be examined in a timely manner in New York.
