To this end, the Office will, through locally recruited and United Nations Register of Damage-trained claim intakers, provide technical assistance to the claimants in filing the claim forms for registration of damage, as well as collecting and sending them, together with its supporting documents, to the Office for processing and review in accordance with objective criteria defined in the United Nations Register of Damage rules and regulations.

176. By the end of the biennium, 3,017 claims for registration of damage were collected in the Occupied Palestinian Territory and sent to the Office of the United Nations Register of Damage Caused by the Construction of the Wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory in Vienna.
