وإذ تضعان في اعتبارهما أحكام ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، ولا سيما، اﻷحكام التي تشير إلى التزام الدول بأن تمتنع في علاقاتها الدولية عن التهديد باستخدام القوة أو اللجوء الى استخدامها ضد السلامة اﻹقليمية أو الاستقلال السياسي ﻷي دولة،

:: Reaffirmation of the obligation under the United Nations Charter to refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state or in any other manner inconsistent with the Charter of the United Nations.
:: إعادة تأكيد الالتزام المنصوص عليه في ميثاق الأمم المتحدة بأن تمتنع الدول الأعضاء في علاقاتها الدولية عن التهديد باستخدام القوة أو استخدامها ضد سلامة الأراضي أو الاستقلال السياسي لأية دولة أو على أي وجه آخر لا يتفق مع الميثاق.

The Movement reiterated the basic principle of the UN Charter that all States shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State, or in any other manner inconsistent with the purposes of the UN.
19-2 وأكدت الحركة من جديد المبدأ الأساسي الذي ينص عليه ميثاق الأمم المتحدة والقاضي بأن تمتنع كافة الدول في علاقاتها الدولية عن التهديد باستخدام القوة أو استخدامها ضد السلامة الإقليمية لأي دولة أو استقلالها السياسي، أو بأي شكل آخر لا يتفق ومقاصد الأمم المتحدة.

20-2 وأكدت الحركة من جديد المبدأ الأساسي الذي ينص عليه ميثاق الأمم المتحدة والقاضي بأن تمتنع كافة الدول في علاقاتها الدولية عن التهديد باستخدام القوة أو استخدامها ضد السلامة الإقليمية لأي دولة أو استقلالها السياسي، أو بأي شكل آخر لا يتفق ومقاصد الأمم المتحدة.

Recalling the obligation of all States under Article 2 of the United Nations Charter to refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, and to settle their international disputes by peaceful means,
إذ يشير إلى الالتزام الواقع على جميع الدول بموجب المادة 2 من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة بالامتناع في علاقاتها الدولية عن التهديد باستخدام القوة أو استخدامها ضد السلامة الإقليمية أو الاستقلال السياسي لأي دولة، وبتسوية منازعاتها الدولية بالسبل السلمية،

Underlining that all Member States have undertaken to refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State or in any other manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations,
وإذ تؤكد التزام جميع الدول الأعضاء بالامتناع في علاقاتها الدولية عن التهديد باستخدام القوة أو استخدامها ضد السلامة الإقليمية أو الاستقلال السياسي لأي دولة، أو على أي نحو آخر لا يتفق ومقاصد الأمم المتحدة،

3. To refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State, or in any other manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations;

In this regard, it reiterates the need for all States, rich or poor, big or small, and regardless of their degree of power, to refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial or political integrity of any State, or in any other manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations.
وفي هذا الصدد، فإنها تؤكد من جديد على ضرورة قيام جميع الدول، الغنية والفقيرة منها، والكبيرة والصغيرة، مهما بلغت درجة قوتها، الامتناع في علاقاتها الدولية عن التهديد باستخدام القوة أو استخدامها ضد السلامة الإقليمية أو السياسية لأي دولة، أو بأي وجه آخر لا يتفق ومقاصد الأمم المتحدة.

وإذ يؤكد من جديد أن على جميع الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة أن تمتنع في علاقاتها الدولية عن التهديد باستخدام القوة أو استخدامها ضد السلامة الإقليمية أو الاستقلال السياسي لأية دولة أو بأي طريقة أخرى تتنافى ومقاصد الأمم المتحدة،

The Council also reaffirms that Member States shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State, shall give the United Nations every assistance in any action it takes in accordance with the Charter and shall refrain from giving assistance to any State against which the United Nations is taking preventive or enforcement action.
ويؤكد المجلس أيضا من جديد أنه ينبغي أن تمتنع الدول الأعضاء في علاقاتها الدولية عن التهديد باستخدام القوة أو استخدامها ضد السلامة الإقليمية أو الاستقلال السياسي لأي دولة، وأن تقدم كل أشكال المساعدة للأمم المتحدة في أي إجراء تتخذه وفقا للميثاق، وأن تمتنع عن تقديم المساعدة لأي دولة تتخذ ضدها الأمم المتحدة إجراءات وقائية أو قسرية.

The Security Council reaffirms that Member States shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, and shall also give the UN every assistance in any action it takes in accordance with the UN Charter, and shall refrain from giving assistance to any State against which the UN is taking preventive or enforcement action.
ويؤكد مجلس الأمن من جديد ضرورة امتناع الدول الأعضاء في علاقاتها الدولية عن التهديد باستخدام القوة أو استخدامها ضد السلامة الإقليمية أو الاستقلال السياسي لأي دولة، وقيامها أيضا بتقديم كل أشكال المساعدة إلى الأمم المتحدة في أي إجراءات تتخذها وفقا لميثاق الأمم المتحدة، وامتناعها عن تقديم المساعدة لأي دولة تتخذ الأمم المتحدة ضدها إجراءات وقائية أو قسرية.

1. Stresses the international obligations of all States under the Charter of the United Nations and international law, in particular refraining in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State or in any other manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations and settling their international disputes by peaceful means on the basis of the Charter;
1 - تؤكد الالتزامات الدولية الواقعة على جميع الدول بموجب ميثاق الأمم المتحدة والقانون الدولي، وعلى وجه الخصوص التزامها بالامتناع في علاقاتها الدولية عن التهديد باستخدام القوة أو استخدامها ضد السلامة الإقليمية أو الاستقلال السياسي لأي دولة أو على أي نحو آخر لا يتفق ومقاصد الأمم المتحدة، وبتسوية منازعاتها الدولية بالوسائل السلمية استنادا إلى الميثاق؛

Hence, as in Phaedrus’s fable, the Kremlin’s “justifications” are empty. Russia has breached Article 2 of the UN Charter, which enjoins member states to “refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state.”

34. Mr. Al-Zayani (Bahrain) said that the Special Committee's report demonstrated how Israel continued to violate Palestinians' human rights, in defiance of, inter alia, the Charter of the United Nations and General Assembly resolution 2625 (XXV), which set forth the principle that States shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State.
