2. The following developments testify to the fact that Romania is recognized as a country with an Aerospace tradition and represents the basis for the space enterprise in the future:

Costa Rica would continue working within the Space Conference of the Americas; and its National Aerospace Research and Development Council would work to develop Aerospace technology in the Central American region as a whole.
وأشار إلى أن كوستاريكا ستواصل العمل في مؤتمر الفضاء للأمريكتين؛ كما أن المجلس الوطني للبحث والتطوير في مجال الفضاء الجوي التابع لها سوف يعمل على تطوير تكنولوجيا الفضاء الجوي في منطقة أمريكا الوسطى ككل.

The National Aerospace Research and Development Commission (CONIDA) of Peru has signed a cooperation agreement with the Indian Space Agency and is about to sign a similar agreement with the Space Agency of the Russian Federation.

The purposes of the International Trustee Fund of the Tsyolkovsky Moscow State Aviation Technological University are to assist in training highly skilled specialists, to support research in the Aerospace area and related sciences, and to develop the socio-economic base of the University.
تتمثل أهداف الصندوق الدولي لأمناء جامعة تسيولكوفسكي الحكومية لتكنولوجيا الطيران في موسكو، في المساعدة على تدريب متخصصين ذوي مهارات عالية لدعم البحوث في مجال الفضاء الجوي والعلوم ذات الصلة وتنمية القاعدة الاجتماعية - الاقتصادية للجامعة.

Several space education programmes are being held annually, such as the " Aerospace science camp " for elementary, middle and high school students, the " vision camp " for university students and the " Aerospace training " course for teaching staff.
وتُعقد سنويا عدّة برامج للتثقيف في مجال الفضاء، مثل " معسكر علوم الفضاء الجوي " لطلاب المراحل الابتدائية والمتوسطة والثانوية، و " معسكر الرؤية " لطلاب الجامعات، والدورة الدراسية المعنونة " التدريب في مجال الفضاء الجوي " لهيئات التدريس.

Activities included a press conference highlighting the Russian passenger aircraft IL-96M/T, equipped with United States engines and avionics, and a conference titled " Emerging Aerospace Cooperative Opportunities between the United States and Russia. "
وتضمنت اﻷنشطة عقد مؤتمـر صحفـي تركـز علـى طائـرة الركـاب الروسيــة IL-96 M/T ، المزودة بمحركات وأجهزة الكترونية للملاحة الجوية من الولايات المتحدة ، ومؤتمر بعنوان " الفرص الناشئة للتعاون في مجال الفضاء الجوي بين الولايات المتحدة وروسيا " .

Furthermore, her Government had recently undertaken a number of Aerospace joint ventures and investment projects and was working on a set of proposals for cooperation with Russia, Ukraine, China, the United States of America, Germany, France and Pakistan on remote sensing and natural resource studies and various scientific research projects.

The National Council of Aerospace Research and Development (CONIDA) was established pursuant to Ministry of Science and Technology Executive Decree No. 36102-RE-MICIT, which was signed on 25 July 2010 by the President of the Republic, Laura Chinchilla Miranda.
أُنشئ المجلس الوطني للبحث والتطوير في مجال الفضاء الجوي (كونيدا) بمقتضى المرسوم التنفيذي 36102-RE-MICIT الصادر عن وزارة العلوم والتكنولوجيا، والذي وقَّعت عليه رئيسة الجمهورية، لاورا تشنتشيلا ميراندا، في 25 تموز/يوليه 2010.

In that specific context, the CONIDASAT-01 project, which is a satellite project of the National Aerospace Research and Development Commission (CONIDA) involving the design and construction of an Earth observation mini-satellite, takes into account all the factors that can help prevent the creation of debris in space as a result of the satellite's launch and operation.
وفي هذا السياق بالتحديد، يأخذ مشروع CONIDASAT-01، وهو مشروع ساتلي خاص باللجنة الوطنية للبحث والتطوير في مجال الفضاء الجوي (CONIDA) لتصميم وبناء ساتل بالغ الصغر لرصد الأرض، في اعتباره جميع العوامل التي يمكن أن تسهم في الحيلولة دون تولد حطام فضائي من جراء اطلاق الساتل وتشغيله.
