The Technology Mechanism is intended to facilitate the implementation of enhanced action on technology development and transfer to support action on mitigation and adaptation in order to achieve the full implementation of the Convention.
وتهدف آلية التكنولوجيا إلى تيسير تنفيذ العمل المعزز في مجال تطوير التكنولوجيا ونقلها لدعم إجراءات التخفيف والتكيف سعياً لتنفيذ الاتفاقية على نحو تام.

113. Decides that the objective of enhanced action on technology development and transfer is to support action on mitigation and adaptation in order to achieve the full implementation of the Convention;
113- يقرر أن يكون الهدف من العمل المعزز في مجال تطوير التكنولوجيا ونقلها متمثلاً في دعم إجراءات التخفيف والتكيف من أجل تحقيق التنفيذ الكامل للاتفاقية؛

Budget provisions under tier 2 relate to providing high-quality professional support in order that the TEC can undertake its functions related to the provision of advice, recommendations and guidance to promote action on technology development and transfer.
وتتعلق مخصصات الميزانية في إطار المستوى 2 بتقديم دعم مهني عالي الجودة كي تتمكن اللجنة التنفيذية المعنية بالتكنولوجيا من الاضطلاع بمهامها المتصلة بتقديم المشورة والتوصيات والتوجيهات من أجل تعزيز الإجراءات في مجال تطوير التكنولوجيا ونقلها.

Transfer of environmentally sound technologies for water management, with due attention to the use of local technologies and awareness-raising initiatives on technology development and transfer in the water sector;
(أ) نقل التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئياً لإدارة المياه مع إيلاء الاهتمام الواجب لاستخدام التكنولوجيات المحلية، ومبادرات زيادة التوعية في مجال تطوير التكنولوجيا ونقلها في قطاع المياه؛

The Conference of the Parties (COP), by decision 1/CP.16, established a Technology Mechanism, comprising a Technology Executive Committee (TEC) and a Climate Technology Centre and Network, to facilitate the implementation of enhanced action on technology development and transfer to support action on mitigation and adaptation in order to achieve the full implementation of the Convention.
1- أنشأ مؤتمر الأطراف بموجب مقرره 1/م أ-16، آلية معنية بالتكنولوجيا، تتكون من لجنة تنفيذية معنية بالتكنولوجيا ومركز وشبكة لتكنولوجيات المناخ، لتيسير تنفيذ العمل المعزز في مجال تطوير التكنولوجيا ونقلها لدعم إجراءات التخفيف والتكيف من أجل تحقيق التنفيذ الكامل للاتفاقية.

Also encourages Parties, in the context of Article 4, paragraphs 5 and 1(c), of the Convention and consistent with their respective capabilities and national circumstances and priorities, to engage in bilateral and multilateral cooperative activities on technology development and transfer in order to, inter alia:
5- يشجع أيضاً الأطراف، في سياق الفقرتين 5 و1(ج) من المادة 4 من الاتفاقية ووفقاً لقدرات كل منها وظروفها وأولوياتها الوطنية، على المشاركة في أنشطة تعاونية ثنائية ومتعددة الأطراف في مجال تطوير التكنولوجيا ونقلها من أجل تحقيق أهداف منها ما يلي:
