٢ - في الساعة ٠٠/٤١ من يوم ٦٢ نيسان/ابريل ألقت طائرة حربية أمريكية كتلة معدنية على منطقة زراعية في قرية كرفوش في محافظة دهوك في شمالي العراق وكانت الكتلة تتكون من مادة فوسفورية مركبة شديدة الاحتراق زنتها ١,٥ كغم، وأدى الحادث إلى حدوث أضرار في موقع سقوطها.

4. The Turkish forces set up armed check-points on the roads in Dohuk governorate, searched citizens and restricted their movement on the pretext of searching for elements belonging to the Kurdistan Workers' Party. Many citizens were seized, and their fate is still unknown. Check-points were set up on the following roads:
٤ - قامت القوات التركية بنصب نقاط سيطرة مسلحة على طرق المواصلات في محافظة دهوك وتفتيش المواطنين وتقييد حركتهم بادعاء البحث عن عناصر حزب العمال الكردستاني وجرى إلقاء القبض على أعداد من المواطنين ولا زال مصيرهم مجهولا وتم نصب نقاط السيطرة على الطرق التالية:

Warplanes bombarded the villages of Tarwanish, Bayt Nurah, Halawah and Bayk Daudah in Dohuk governorate; artillery bombardment; destruction of the mosque in Tarwanish village, an elementary school and a number of residential buildings.
