In recognizing the inalienable rights of the peoples of Non-Self-Governing Territories to the natural resources in their territories, the General Assembly has consistently condemned the exploitation and plundering of natural resources and any economic activities which are detrimental to the interests of the peoples of those Territories and deprive them of their legitimate rights over their natural resources.
وقد نددت الجمعية العامة، في معرض اعترافها بالحقوق غير القابلة للتصرف لشعوب الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي في الموارد الطبيعية الموجودة في أراضيها، باستغلال تلك الموارد ونهبها وبأي أنشطة اقتصادية تضر بمصالح شعوب تلك الأقاليم أو تحرمها من حقوقها المشروعة في مواردها الطبيعية.

3. Reiterates that any administering Power that deprives the colonial peoples of Non-Self-Governing Territories of the exercise of their legitimate rights over their natural resources, or subordinates the rights and interests of those peoples to foreign economic and financial interests, violates the solemn obligations it has assumed under the Charter of the United Nations;
٣ - تكرر التأكيد على أن أية دولة قائمة باﻹدارة تحرم الشعوب المستعمرة اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي من ممارسة حقوقها المشروعة في مواردها الطبيعية أو تقدﱢم المصالح اﻷجنبية الاقتصادية والمالية على حقوق تلك الشعوب ومصالح إنما تخرق الالتزامات الرسمية التي أخذتها على عاتقها بموجب ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة؛
