Upon the instructions of my Government, I have the honour to forward herewith the Zagreb Declaration, adopted by the Parliamentary Summit of the countries participating in the Stability Pact for South-Eastern Europe, held from 11 to 13 September 2000 in Zagreb (see annex).

11. Welcomes also the major contribution of the Council of Europe to the Stability Pact for South-Eastern Europe, launched at the initiative of the European Union, and to the development of regional projects to support its aims;
