29. The Isle of Man, within the restraints of its available resources, is taking steps towards achieving progressively the full realization of the rights recognized in the present Covenant.

Article 3 132. The Covenant, in article 3, provides that States parties undertake to ensure the equal right of men and women to the enjoyment of all civil and political rights set forth in the present Covenant.
132- ينص العهد، في المادة 3 منه، على وجوب تعهد الدول الأطراف فيه بكفالة تساوي الرجال والنساء في التمتع بجميع الحقوق المدنية والسياسية المنصوص عليها في هذا العهد.

The Constitution, under the above-mentioned article 11, has ensured the equal right of men and women to enjoy all civil and political rights set forth in the Covenant.
ويكفل الدستور بموجب المادة ١١ المذكورة أعلاه، ضمان تساوي الرجال والنساء في حق التمتع بجميع الحقوق المدنية والسياسية المنصوص عليها في هذا العهد.

1. In accordance with article 16 of the Covenant, the States parties shall submit to the Council for consideration by the Committee reports on the measures which they have adopted and progress made in achieving the observance of the rights recognized in the Covenant.

Exceptional circumstances and emergencies faced by the State, however, may lead to the suspension of some of the articles of the constitution, leading to the imposition of limitations on the rights in this Covenant.
66- إلا أنه قد تؤدي بعض الظروف أو الحالات الاستثنائية التي يمر بها البلد إلى تعطيل بعض أحكام الدستور وبالتالي تقييد بعض الحقوق الواردة في هذا العهد.

States Parties to this Covenant shall ensure, as much as possible, that refugee children, or those legally assimilated to this status, enjoy the rights provided for in this Covenant within their national legislation.
الأطفال اللاجئون على الدول الأطراف أن تكفل - بقدر الإمكان - تمتع الأطفال اللاجئين أو من في حكمهم بالحقوق المنصوص عليها في هذا العهد ضمن تشريعاتها الوطنية.

It had been developed with full consideration for the stipulations of this Covenant and other international obligations of Ukraine.
وقد تم وضعه مع اﻷخذ الكامل في الاعتبار الشروط الواردة في هذا العهد والالتزامات الدولية اﻷخرى ﻷوكرانيا.

22. 22- وتنص الفقرة 3 من المادة 2 من العهد أصلاً على أنْ " تتعهد كل دولة طرف في هذا العهد بأن تكفل توفير سبيل فعال للتظلم لأي شخص انتُهكت حقوقه أو حرياته المعترف بها في هذا العهد، حتى لو صدر الانتهاك عن أشخاص يتصرفون بصفتهم الرسمية " .
