International humanitarian law, particularly the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949, remains therefore fully applicable to and binding on the Government of Israel.
وبالتالي، فإن القانون الانساني الدولي، وبخاصة اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين في وقت الحرب المؤرخة في ٢١ آب/أغسطس ٩٤٩١، لا يزال ينطبق انطباقا كاملا على حكومة اسرائيل وملزما لها.

Therefore, international humanitarian law, the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949, remains fully applicable to and binding on Israel.
وبالتالي فإن القانون اﻹنساني الدولي متمثلاً باتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية اﻷشخاص المدنيين في وقت الحرب المؤرخة ٢١ آب/أغسطس ٩٤٩١ لا تزال تنطبق انطباقا كاملا على اسرائيل وملزما لها.

11. Israel's obligations in the Occupied Palestinian Territory are set out in the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949, to which Israel is a High Contracting Party.
11 - والتزامات إسرائيل في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة مبينة في اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين في وقت الحرب المؤرخة 12 آب/أغسطس 1949 التي تمثل إسرائيل واحدا من الأطراف السامية المتعاقدة فيها.

(iv) the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949, as defined by Article 147 of that Convention;
' ٤ ' اتفاقية جنيف بشأن حماية اﻷشخاص المدنيين في وقت الحرب المؤرخة ١٢ آب/أغسطس ١٩٤٩، كما حددتها المادة ١٤٧ من تلك الاتفاقية؛

3. Further reaffirms that the installation of Israeli civilians in the Palestinian and other Arab occupied territories is illegal and constitutes a gross violation of article 49 of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949;
٣- تؤكد من جديد كذلك ان توطين المدنيين الاسرائيليين في اﻷرض الفلسطينية وغيرها من اﻷراضي العربية المحتلة هو أمر غير مشروع ويشكل انتهاكا جسيما للمادة ٩٤ من اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية اﻷشخاص المدنيين في وقت الحرب المؤرخة في ٢١ آب/أغسطس ٩٤٩١؛

Deeply alarmed at the non-respect by Israel of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949, and the failure to apply it to the Palestinians in the occupied Palestinian territory and to civilian persons in other occupied Arab territories,
وإذ تشعر بجزع شديد إزاء عدم احترام اسرائيل لاتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية الاشخاص المدنيين في وقت الحرب المؤرخة في ٢١ آب/أغسطس ٩٤٩١، وعدم قيامها بتطبيق هذه الاتفاقية على الفلسطينيين في اﻷرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، وعلى اﻷشخاص المدنيين في اﻷراضي العربية المحتلة اﻷخرى،

5. Calls upon the States parties to the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949, to ensure respect by Israel for the Convention and to secure protection for the Palestinian people under occupation, until the end of this occupation, in accordance with article 1 of the Convention;
٥- تطلب الى الدول اﻷطراف في اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية اﻷشخاص المدنيين في وقت الحرب المؤرخة في ٢١ آب/أغسطس ٩٤٩١ ان تكفل احترام اسرائيل للاتفاقية وان تؤمن الحماية للشعب الفلسطيني الواقع تحت الاحتلال، الى ان ينتهي هذا الاحتلال، وفقا للمادة ١ من الاتفاقية؛

134. Article 27 of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949 states that protected persons are entitled, in all circumstances, to respect for their persons and that women shall in particular be protected against rape, enforced prostitution or any form of indecent assault.
٤٣١- وفي المادة ٧٢ من اتفاقية جنيف بشأن حماية الشخاص المدنيين في وقت الحرب المؤرخة في ٢١ آب/أغسطس ٩٤٩١ ورد أن لﻷشخاص المحميين في جميع اﻷحوال حق الاحترام ﻷشخاصهم، وأنه يجب حماية النساء من الاعتداء على شرفهن واﻹكراه على الدعارة وأي هتك لحرمتهن.

9. It seems clear therefore that Gaza will remain occupied territory subject to the appropriate provisions of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilians in Time of War, of 12 August 1949 (Fourth Geneva Convention).
9 - وبالتالي، يـبدو من الواضح أن غزة ستبقى أرضا محتلة خاضعة للأحكام ذات الصلة من اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيـين في وقت الحرب المؤرخة 12 آب/أغسطس 1949 (اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة).

The international community should condemn such practices, and Bangladesh called on Israel to put an immediate halt to those of its actions that contravened the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations, the Fourth Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949, and the 1967 agreement between the Government of Israel and the Agency.
وعلى المجتمع الدولي أن يدين هذه الممارسات، ويدعو بلده إسرائيلَ لأن توقف فورا من أفعالها ما يتناقض مع أحكام ميثاق الأمم المتحدة واتفاقية جنيف الرابعة فيما يتعلق بحماية الأشخاص المدنيين في وقت الحرب المؤرخة 12 آب/أغسطس 1949، والاتفاق المبرم بين حكومة إسرائيل والوكالة عام 1967.

Reiterating the applicability of the Fourth Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949 to the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem,
وإذ تؤكد مرة أخرى انطباق اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين في وقت الحرب المؤرخة 12 آب/أغسطس 1949() على الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية،

57. Also resolve to expand and strengthen the protection of civilians in conformity with international humanitarian law, in particular the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949, including article 49 thereof;
57 - ونقرر أيضا توسيع نطاق حماية المدنيين وتعزيز هذه الحماية وفقا للقانون الإنساني الدولي، ولا سيما اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين في وقت الحرب المؤرخة 12 آب/أغسطس 1949، بما فيها المادة 49()؛

As set forth in para. 6 of Article 49 of the Geneva Convention IV Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949, " [t]he Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies " .

Reaffirming the applicable rules and principles of international law, including international humanitarian law and all relevant human rights laws, in particular the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949,
وإذ يعيد تأكيد قواعد ومبادئ القانون الدولي السارية، بما في ذلك القانون الإنساني الدولي وجميع قوانين حقوق الإنسان ذات الصلة، وبخاصة اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين في وقت الحرب المؤرخة 12 آب/أغسطس 1949،
