29. Requests the Secretary-General to continue to review all expression of interest notices and invitations to bid issued by the construction manager in order to ensure that their contents fully comply with the relevant resolutions of the General Assembly and do not unduly restrict the diversification of the origin of vendors;

(a) Urged both Governments, while listening to the interests and aspirations of Gibraltar, to reach, in the spirit of the statement of 27 November 1984, a definitive solution to the question of Gibraltar, in the light of relevant resolutions of the General Assembly and applicable principles, and in the spirit of the Charter of the United Nations;
(أ) حثت الحكومتين كلتيهما على التوصل، انطلاقا من روح البيان المؤرخ 27 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1984، إلى حل نهائي لمسألة جبل طارق، مع مراعاة مصالح وتطلعات سكانه، في ضوء قرارات الجمعية العامة المتخذة في هذا الصدد والمبادئ المنطبقة ووفقا لروح ميثاق الأمم المتحدة؛

In this regard, we emphasize that the fundamental characteristics and principles of United Nations operational activities set forth in the relevant General Assembly resolutions provide the overarching framework for all matters pertaining to the United Nations development assistance operations in the field.
وفي هذا الصدد، نشدد على أن الخصائص والمبادئ الأساسية للأنشطة التنفيذية للأمم المتحدة الوارد بيانها في قرارات الجمعية العامة المتخذة في هذا الصدد توفر الإطار الشامل لجميع المسائل المتصلة بعمليات المساعدة الإنمائية للأمم المتحدة في الميدان.
