تجدون مرفقاً طيَّه نص* المرسوم الصادر عن رئيس الاتحاد الروسي، المؤرخ 6 أيار/مايو 2012 والمتعلق بتدابير تنفيذ قرارَي مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة 2009 (2011) و 2016 (2011).

The delegation noted that the Government of National Reconciliation, formed in late 2011 following the signing of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) initiative and its Implementation Mechanism, was inspired by the principles and values of the revolution and the international human rights standards reflected in Security Council resolutions 2014 and 2051 and incorporated in the Government programme for the transitional phase.
8- وأشار الوفد إلى أن حكومة المصالحة الوطنية، التي شُكلت في أواخر عام 2011 عقب توقيع مبادرة مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج وآلية تنفيذها، مبنية على مبادئ الثورة وقيمها، والمعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان الواردة في قرارَي مجلس الأمن 2014 و2051 وفي برنامج الحكومة للمرحلة الانتقالية.

The remaining surplus funds will be transferred to the Development Fund for Iraq in accordance with the provisions of Security Council resolutions 1483 (2003) and 1546 (2004) and such guidance as the Council may provide.

He referred to Security Council resolutions 1674 (2006) and 1894 (2009) on the protection of civilians in armed conflict, which underline that ending impunity is essential if a society in conflict or recovering from conflict is to come to terms with past violations and prevent their recurrence.

38. My Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict, Radhika Coomaraswamy, visited Somalia and Kenya in November to assess progress made in the implementation of Security Council resolutions 1612 (2005) and 1882 (2009).
38 - وقد قامت ممثلتي الخاصة المعنية بالأطفال والنزاع المسلح، راديكا كوماراسوامي، بزيارة إلى كل من الصومال وكينيا في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر لتقييم مدى التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ قرارَي مجلس الأمن 1612 (2005) و 1882 (2009).

I refer to Security Council resolutions 2093 (2013) and 2111 (2013), by which the Council requested me to set benchmarks for when it might be appropriate to deploy a United Nations peacekeeping operation to Somalia, work closely with the African Union in a joint review of the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) and present options and recommendations to the Council by 10 October 2013.
أود أن أشير إلى قرارَي مجلس الأمن 2093 (2013) و 2111 (2013)، اللذين طلب إلي فيهما المجلس أن أضع معايير يتحدد في ضوئها متى يكون من المناسب نشر عملية لحفظ السلام في الصومال تابعة للأمم المتحدة، وأن أعمل على نحو وثيق مع الاتحاد الأفريقي بهدف إجراء استعراض مشترك لبعثة الاتحاد الأفريقي في الصومال، وأعرض الخيارات والتوصيات على المجلس بحلول 10 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2013.
