In this connection, the Meeting of the States Parties decided to commission follow-up work under the oversight of the President-designate of the Third Review Conference of the States Parties to the Convention, and that all necessary preparations for the Third Review Conference be undertaken within the framework of the existing Group of Governmental Experts.

At its third plenary meeting, the Meeting of the States Parties decided to commission follow-up work under the oversight of the Chairman-designate of a Meeting of the States Parties to the Convention to be held on 27-28 November 2003 in Geneva in conjunction with the Fifth Annual Conference of the States Parties to Amended Protocol II.

25. Following the recommendations of the Group of Governmental Experts, the Meeting of the States Parties decided that the Working Group on Explosive Remnants of War would continue its work in the year 2005 with the mandate contained in Annex I of CCW/GGE/IX/2 as follows:

27- وبناء على توصيات فريق الخبراء الحكوميين، كما وردت في الفقرة 26 من الوثيقة CCW/GGE/XII/4، قرر اجتماع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية إجراء جميع الأعمال التحضيرية اللازمة لعقد المؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث في إطار فريق الخبراء الحكوميين الحالي.

28. Following the recommendations of the Group of Governmental Experts, as contained in paragraph 29 of CCW/GGE/XII/4, the Meeting of the States Parties decided that the intersessional work of the Group of Governmental Experts will be undertaken in three sessions at Geneva during 2006, as follows:

33. Following the recommendations of the Group of Governmental Experts, as contained in paragraph 28 of CCW/GGE/XII/4, the Meeting of the States Parties decided that the President-designate shall undertake consultations during the intersessional period on the possibility to establish a sponsorship programme under the Convention and on the modalities of such a sponsorship programme, and shall report to the States Parties.
33- وبناء على توصيات فريق الخبراء الحكوميين، كما وردت في الفقرة 28 من الوثيقة CCW/GGE/XII/4، قرر اجتماع الدول الأطراف أن يجري الرئيس المختار مشاورات خلال فترة ما بين الدورات بشأن إمكانية وضع برنامج رعاية بموجب الاتفاقية وبشأن أساليب تشغيل هذا البرنامج، وأن يقدم تقريراً عن ذلك إلى الدول الأطراف.

25. Following the recommendations of the Group of Governmental Experts, the Meeting of the States Parties decided to adopt the Protocol on Explosive Remnants of War, which is contained in Appendix II attached to the Procedural Report of the Sixth Session of the Group of Governmental Experts (CCW/GGE/VI/2), annexed to this Report as Annex V.

At its closing meeting on 11 December 2009, the Meeting of States Parties decided that the 2010 Meeting of Experts would be held in Geneva from 23 to 27 August 2010, and that the 2010 Meeting of States Parties would be held in Geneva from 6 to 10 December 2010, in accordance with the decision of the Sixth Review Conference.
38- في الجلسة الختامية المعقودة في 11 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2009، قرر اجتماع الدول الأطراف عقد اجتماع الخبراء لعام 2010 في جنيف في الفترة من 23 إلى 27 آب/ أغسطس 2010، وعقد اجتماع الدول الأطراف لعام 2010 في جنيف في الفتـرة من 6 إلى 10 كانـون الأول/ ديسمبر 2010، وفقاً لمقرر المؤتمر الاستعراضي السادس.
