II. Contextualizing indigenous women's issues

In the area of operational activities, the Division for Social Policy and Development, in conjunction with other United Nations bodies, established a working group which focused on indigenous women's issues within the United Nations system.

(a) Assist IANWGE in its efforts to mainstream indigenous women's issues throughout the United Nations system;
