While conveying this information, the Security Council is fervently requested to urgently send a strong message and pressurize the Sudan People's Liberation Movement Northern Sector (SPLM-N), not to pose hurdles before the implementation of the agreements signed between the two Governments.

21 - وظلت الحالة الأمنية في محيط مقر قيادة الآلية المشتركة لرصد الحدود والتحقق منها في كادقلي متوترة بسبب استمرار الصراع الدائر بين حكومة السودان والحركة الشعبية لتحرير السودان - قطاع الشمال.

The Ministry further notes that those who were quick to condemn the Government of the Sudan have not taken any stand with regard to the efforts of the Northern faction to undermine the negotiations concerning the two regions.
