(4) The Committee reiterates its concern expressed in its previous conclusions and recommendations (A/57/44, para. 64) with regard to the fact that the State party has neither incorporated the Convention into its legislation nor introduced corresponding provisions in respect of several articles, in particular:

9. The Committee is concerned that the State party continues to view its country as a homogeneous society despite the existence of numerous national and ethnic groups.
9- ويساور اللجنة قلق لأن الدولة الطرف لا تزال تعتبر بلدها مجتمعاً متجانساً رغم وجود العديد من الجماعات القومية والإثنية.

179. The Committee is concerned that the State party is able to provide only the arrested child soldiers with physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration services, but the majority of children involved in and affected by armed conflict is never reached.
179- ويساور اللجنة قلق لأن الدولة الطرف لا تستطيع توفير خدمات العلاج البدني والنفسي وإعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي إلا لأولئك الأطفال الجنود الذين يتم إلقاء القبض عليهم، دون أن تصل هذه الخدمات قط إلى أغلبية الأطفال المشتركين في النـزاع المسلح أو المتأثرين به.

28. The Committee is concerned that the State party considers that certain persons with disabilities, specifically those who have been abandoned and classified as " serious and chronic cases of oligophrenia " , remain institutionalized and do not have the necessary support to live in the community.
28- يساور اللجنة قلق لأن الدولة الطرف ترى لزوم بقاء بعض ذوي الإعاقة في مؤسسات الرعاية، وتحديداً منهم ذوو الإعاقة المتخلَّى عنهم الذين توصف حالاتهم بأنها " حالات إعاقة عقلية خطيرة ومزمنة " ، وعدم تقديم الدعم اللازم لكي يعيشوا في كنف المجتمع المحلي.

Despite the recent efforts of the State party to cooperate with certain United Nations human rights mechanisms and procedures, the Committee is concerned that the State party has not accepted the recent requests of more than 10 special procedures of the Human Rights Council to visit the country.
26- على الرغم مما بذلته الدولة الطرف مؤخراً من جهود في سبيل التعاون مع آليات وإجراءات معينة تعنى بحقوق الإنسان في إطار الأمم المتحدة، يساور اللجنة قلق لأن الدولة الطرف لم تقبل طلبات الزيارة التي وجهّها إليها مؤخراً أكثر من 10 إجراءات خاصة لمجلس حقوق الإنسان.

7. The Committee is concerned that the State party has not yet established a consolidated national institution with competence in the field of human rights in accordance with the Paris Principles (General Assembly resolution 48/134) (art. 2).
7- ويساور اللجنة قلق لأن الدولة الطرف لم تنشئ بعد مؤسسة وطنية موحدة مختصة في مجال حقوق الإنسان وفقاً لمبادئ باريس (قرار الجمعية العامة 48/134) (المادة 2).

68. While noting significant efforts made by the State party ratifying several international instruments and introducing new legislation in the area of human trafficking, the Committee is however concerned that the State party does not adequately prosecute and convict perpetrators complicit in trafficking, including for purposes of sexual exploitation and nor ensuring ensure that victims have access to protection.
68- تلاحظ اللجنة الجهود الكبيرة التي بذلتها الدولة الطرف للتصديق على عدة صكوك دولية واعتماد تشريعات جديدة في مجال الاتجار بالبشر، ولكن يساورها قلق لأن الدولة الطرف لا تقاضي وتدين إدانة كافية الجناة المتورطين في الاتجار، لأغراض منها الاستغلال الجنسي، ولا تكفل حصول الضحايا على الحماية.

(26) Despite the recent efforts of the State party to cooperate with certain United Nations human rights mechanisms and procedures, the Committee is concerned that the State party has not accepted the recent requests of more than 10 special procedures of the Human Rights Council to visit the country.
