1. To rationalize the summit agenda, reduce ceremonial aspects of the agenda and use the consultative summits mechanism when necessary under resolution 364 adopted in this regard at the Riyadh Summit on 29 March 2007.
1 - ترشيد جدول أعمال القمة وتخفيف الجوانب المراسمية لها، وكذلك الاستفادة من آلية القمم التشاورية عندما يقتضى الأمر ذلك وفقاً لقرار قمة الرياض رقم 364 بتاريخ 29/3/2007 في هذا الشأن.

Pursuant to all resolutions on the financial position, the last of which was resolution 402 (29 March 2007) of the Riyadh Summit,
واستنادا إلى كافة قراراته بشأن الوضع المالي وآخرها قرار قمة الرياض رقم 402 بتاريخ 29/3/2007،

I. To call upon Member States to implement the resolutions of the Council of the League of Arab States at summit level, the last of which was the resolution of the Riyadh Summit on the financial position of the Secretariat-General, particularly in relation to the following:
أولا: دعوة الدول الأعضاء الالتزام بتنفيذ قرارات مجلس الجامعة على مستوى القمة وآخرها قرار قمة الرياض بشأن الوضع المالي للأمانة العامة خاصة فيما يتعلق بالآتي:

We can once again hail the commitment of the sponsors of the Initiative to reaffirm it at the Riyadh Summit in March 2007.
ويمكننا مرة أخرى أن نشيد بالتزام مقدمي المبادرة بإعادة التأكيد عليها في مؤتمر قمة الرياض الذي عقد في آذار/مارس 2007.

Affirming our declaration at the Riyadh Summit on the role of the Arabic language in expressing and safeguarding our heritage and its role in the development of joint Arab action by strengthening its presence in all spheres,
وتأكيداً لما أعلناه في قمة الرياض حل دور اللغة العربية في التعبير عن إرثنا والحفاظ عليه ودورها في تطوير العمل العربي المشترك من خلال تعزيز حضورها في جميع المجالات.

The Riyadh Summit adopted a number of important decisions aimed at developing mechanisms and methods of collective Arab action for dealing with the strategic, political and development challenges that face the Arab countries and Arab regional security. Chief among these were the following decisions:
أقرت قمة الرياض عددا من القرارات الهامة التي تهدف إلى تطوير آليات وأساليب العمل الجماعي العربي في التعامل مع جملة التحديات الاستراتيجية السياسية والتنموية التي تواجه الدول العربية والأمن الإقليمي العربي، ومن أبرزها:

3. Encourages continued serious regional and international efforts to follow up and promote the Arab Peace Initiative, including by the Ministerial Committee formed at the Riyadh Summit in March 2007;
3 - تشجع على مواصلة بذل الجهود الجادة الإقليمية والدولية لمتابعة مبادرة السلام العربية والترويج لها، بما في ذلك جهود اللجنة الوزارية التي شكلت في مؤتمر قمة الرياض في آذار/مارس 2007؛

Recalling Summit resolution 221 (Beirut, 28 March 2002) which launched the Arab Peace Initiative and which was affirmed by the Riyadh Summit (2007),
- وإذ يستذكر قرار قمة بيروت رقم 221 بتاريخ 28/3/2002 الذي أطلق مبادرة السلام العربية، والتي أكدت عليها قمة الرياض (2007)،

Affirming our declaration at the Riyadh Summit on the role of the Arabic language in expressing and safeguarding our heritage and its role in the development of Joint Arab Action by strengthening its presence in all spheres,
- وتأكيدا لما أعلناه في قمة الرياض حول دور اللغة العربية في التعبير عن إرثنا والحفاظ عليه ودورها في تطوير العمل العربي المشترك من خلال تعزيز حضورها في جميع المجالات،

To take note of the report of the Secretariat-General on monitoring implementation of the resolutions of the Riyadh Summit and previous Arab summits and to charge the ministerial councils, specialized Arab organizations and the Secretariat-General with intensifying their monitoring of the implementation of resolutions, in accordance with their area of competence.
الإحاطة علما بتقرير الأمانة العامة حول متابعة تنفيذ قرارات قمة الرياض والقرارات السابقة للقمة العربية، وتكليف المجالس الوزارية والمنظمات العربية المتخصصة والأمانة العامة بتكثيف متابعتها لتنفيذ القرارات وفق اختصاصاتها.

Approval of the creation of a central unit at AOAD headquarters to coordinate, organize, prepare, implement, monitor and evaluate the activities and operations contained in the strategy approved at the Riyadh Summit.
:: الموافقة على إنشاء وحدة مركزية بالمقر الرئيسي للمنظمة تقوم بالمهام التنسيقية والتنظيمية وبالتحضير والتنفيذ والمتابعة والتقييم المتعلقة بالأنشطة والفاعليات المضمنة في الاستراتيجية المعتمدة في قمة الرياض.

435. The Riyadh Summit welcomed the coming into effect of the Arab project to improve the quality of health facilities in the Arab States and charged the Secretariat-General with submitting a report on the results of the application of this project to the forthcoming session of the Arab Summit.
435 - رحبت قمة الرياض بتطبيق المشروع العربي لتحسين جودة المؤسسات الصحية في الدول العربية، وكلفت الأمانة العامة برفع تقرير حول نتائج تطبيق هذا المشروع على الدورة المقبلة للقمة العربية.

3. Encourages continued serious regional and international efforts to follow up and promote the Arab Peace Initiative, including by the Ministerial Committee formed at the Riyadh Summit in March 2007;
3 - تشجع على مواصلة بذل جهود جادة على الصعيدين الإقليمي والدولي لمتابعة مبادرة السلام العربية والترويج لها، بما في ذلك جهود اللجنة الوزارية التي شكلت في مؤتمر قمة الرياض في آذار/مارس 2007؛

5. Encourages continued serious regional and international efforts to follow up and promote the Arab Peace Initiative, including by the Ministerial Committee formed at the Riyadh Summit in March 2007;

These principles were reaffirmed at the Arab Summit held in Algiers on 23 March 2005 and at the Riyadh Summit held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on 28 March 2007.
وتم التأكيد على هذه المبادئ في القمة العربية التي عقدت في الجزائر (23 آذار/مارس 2005) وفي قمة الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية (28 آذار/مارس 2007).

3. Further reaffirms the importance of the Arab Peace Initiative, adopted by the Council of the League of Arab States at its fourteenth session,5 and encourages continued serious efforts to follow up and promote the Initiative, including by the Ministerial Committee formed at the Riyadh Summit in March 2007;
3 - تؤكد من جديد كذلك أهمية مبادرة السلام العربية التي اعتمدها مجلس جامعة الدول العربية في دورته الرابعة عشرة(5) وتشجع على مواصلة بذل جهود جادة لمتابعة المبادرة والترويج لها عبر قنوات منها اللجنة الوزارية التي شكلت في مؤتمر قمة الرياض في آذار/مارس 2007؛

1. The Riyadh Summit reaffirmed the need to adhere to the Arab peace initiative as adopted by the Beirut summit in 2002. It called on the Government of Israel and all Israelis to accept the initiative and seize the opportunity to resume the process of direct, earnest negotiations on all tracks.
1 - أكدت قمة الرياض مجددا على التمسك بمبادرة السلام العربية كما أقرتها قمة بيروت عام 2002، ودعت حكومة إسرائيل والإسرائيليين جميعا إلى قبول هذه المبادرة، واغتنام الفرصة السانحة لاستئناف عملية المفاوضات المباشرة والجدية على كافة المسارات.

4. Encourages, in this regard, continued serious regional and international efforts to follow up and promote the Arab Peace Initiative, including by the Ministerial Committee formed at the Riyadh Summit in March 2007;
