15 - بينما تلاحظ اللجنة أنه قد جرى تضمين التعديل المقترح على القانون رقم 64-XII بشأن الحكومة بعض التدابير الخاصة المؤقتة بغية تشجيع مشاركة المرأة في الحياة السياسية، فإنها يساورها القلق إزاء فشل المحاولات التشريعية المماثلة الرامية إلى تحديد حصص للمرشحات على قوائم الأحزاب السياسية.

The law also required political parties' lists to include women, though no quotas were set, as Parliament was not in favour of that.
