2. In this connection, we would like to draw your kind attention to paragraph (1) (ii) of Security Council resolution 2046 (2012), in which the Council demanded that the two parties immediately withdraw all of their armed forces to their side of the border.
2 - وفي هذا الصدد، نود أن نوجه كريم انتباهكم إلى الفقرة (1) ' 2` من قرار مجلس الأمن 2046 (2012)، التي طالب فيها المجلس الطرفين (بالسحب غير المشروط لجميع قواتهما المسلحة إلى جانبيهما من الحدود) فورا.

15. The Security Council in resolution 2046 (2012) requested both parties immediately to cease all hostilities, including aerial bombardments, unconditionally withdraw all of their armed forces, including the police, to their side of the border and establish the Joint Border Verification and Monitoring Mechanism and the Safe Demilitarized Border Zone.

12 - يكرر تأكيد ما قرّره الاتحاد الأفريقي، وأيّده مجلس الأمن، بأن الخريطة الإدارية والأمنية التي عرضها فريق الاتحاد الأفريقي الرفيع المستوى المعني بالتنفيذ في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2011 لا تخل بأي حال من الأحوال بالمفاوضات المتعلقة بالحدود النهائية بين الدولتين أو بوضع المناطق المتنازع عليها والمطالب بها، وإنما تمثل خطا فاصلا بين قواتهما المسلحة لا غير.
